The design, planning and manufacture of devices for deburring the die-cast parts and all devices for mechanical processing also take place in our in-house toolmaking department.

What was recorded in a 3D design in the first step is realised in the second step. And to ensure that the high-pressure die casting tools are manufactured as quickly as possible, we use modern CNC technology and efficient CAD and CAM systems.
Our in-house toolmaking department is the linchpin for the subsequent production of the die-cast parts.
